WELCOME TO INCLUSIVE SPORTS TRAINING

Inclusive Sports Training was established in 2015 by Head Coach and Director, Liz Gosper. From humble beginnings it has now expanded to over 100 participants, International camps, and has athletes who have won International Gold at the VIRTUS games, National road cycling champions, and many other sporting accolades.

Mission statement

IST Training is a private enterprise coaching business. It specializes in coaching athletes with learning difficulties and prepares them to participate in mainstream sporting competitions. IST focuses on "Fun, fitness and sports training" with likeminded peers and expert coaching.
